Global E-commerce Experts were experiencing issues with their previous business communication system, and we wanted to solve these issues with a new, tailored solution from Chrome Telecom. The new solution includes a cloud-based system from Ericsson LG with CRM integration, call recording, and upgraded iPECS handsets.
