We started in 2014, in our director's home
Chrome Telecom was set up in 2014 and ran out of our director’s home for the first year. We moved into an office in 2015 and have outgrown it a few times since. Today we work from Whiteley in Hampshire and from Leeds, and look after businesses across England, Wales and Scotland.
What hasn’t changed is who answers. Most of our team have come up through the business rather than arriving fully formed, and they tend to stay.
Two offices, one team
Whiteley in Hampshire and Leeds, covering businesses from the south coast to the north of England, Wales and Scotland.
Owned by the people who run it
Every employee holds a share in the group, so the person looking after your account has a stake in how well it goes.
Cyber Essentials certified
We hold Cyber Essentials certification, which matters when we are also the ones advising you on your own security.
We bring our own people up
Our in-house academy trains people through the business. It is a large part of why the same faces stay on your account year after year.
What working with us is like
Every business runs differently, so we start by understanding yours. How your team works, what gets in the way, and what you’re planning next.
From there we recommend what fits, explain it without the jargon, and plan the work around your day so there’s as little disruption as possible.
Then we stay. Same team, same numbers, people who already know your setup.
What we hold each other to
Four values, written down and actually used. They shape who we hire, who we promote, and how we expect people to treat customers.
Passion
Our commitment and our strength. Belief in what we are aiming at, and the drive to get there.
Transparency
We say what we mean, mean what we say, and do as we promise.
Performance
Exceeding in every aspect, from the first conversation to the work we are still doing years later.
Collaboration
Working as a team, alongside our customers and our partners, so everyone gains.
Meet the Directors
Our directors keep Chrome focused on making technology work better for your business.
They set our direction, take responsibility for our standards and support our people’s development. Their aim is to build a business you can count on, with helpful service and long-term customer relationships.

One team for your business IT, Telecoms & Cyber Security
Your phones, broadband, Microsoft 365 accounts, IT policies and security all affect each other. When they sit with different suppliers, the gaps between them become your problem.
Chrome supports all of it through one team. That means fewer suppliers to manage, one place to go for advice, and people who can see how a change to one service affects the rest.
Keep your people connected and your systems protected.
What does Chrome Telecom do?
We’re a Managed Service Provider, which means we look after the technology a business runs on rather than selling one product and moving on.
That covers business phone systems, mobiles, broadband and connectivity, IT support, cyber security, CCTV and workplace tools such as Microsoft 365.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
Our head office is at Unit 6, Fulcrum 4, Solent Way, Whiteley, Hampshire, PO15 7FT, and we have a second office in Leeds. We support businesses across the UK from both.
Most of our customers are small and medium sized businesses, from single offices to companies running several sites.
Do we have to move everything to you at once?
No. Plenty of customers start with one service, often phones or connectivity, then add others later when a contract ends or something needs replacing.
We’ll also tell you if we think staying where you are makes more sense for now.
Who will we actually deal with?
You’ll have an account manager who knows your setup, and a UK support desk you can ring directly.
You won’t be passed between departments to get a straight answer.
What happens after the installation?
The same team stays with you. We’ll show your people how to use the system, answer questions as they come up, and review the setup as your business changes.
We’re not here to install something and leave you to work the rest out.
Have you won any awards?
Yes. Recent wins include The Workplace Award at the Comms Business Awards 2025, Reseller Sales Support Team at Channel Champions 2025, and a place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in 2024.
We’ve also been a finalist or highly commended in a number of categories, including technical support, engineering and customer solutions.
What do your customers say?
We currently hold a 4.9 star average on Google, based on reviews from business customers.
Customers often mention the patience of our engineers and the support they receive after installation. You can read some of them further up this page.
How do we get started?
Start with a conversation. Tell us what’s slowing your team down, or what’s coming up, and we’ll review your current setup and talk you through the options.
Call 03333 212 707, or send us a message and we’ll come back to you.

Not sure which service you need?
You may know exactly which service you are looking for. You may only know that something is not working.
Either is a fine place to start. We can review what you have now and explain the options in plain English.
You’ll receive a practical recommendation based on your people, locations and working day.
