Why use Chrome Integrations and Analytics?

ChromeX call analytics and CRM integration connect your business phone system with your existing systems, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Teams, contact directories, storage services and reporting tools. That can help your team recognise callers, update customer records and understand what happens when people contact your business.

We’ll review your current systems, explain the available options and help set them up.

See who is calling

Display available customer information when a call arrives, so your team can begin with more context.

Reduce repeated admin

Supported CRM connections can sync contacts, log calls and place call information alongside the customer record.

Understand missed calls

Use call tracking and reporting to review call volumes, queues, wait times and unanswered calls.

Focus on the figures that matter

Choose the information your managers and teams need, without filling the screen with numbers they will not use.

Connect ChromeX with your CRM

Your customer relationship management system, or CRM, may hold the information your sales, service and account teams use every day.

CRM integration with ChromeX can reduce manual updates and make useful details easier to find during a call. This kind of computer telephony integration, sometimes called CTI, is what lets your CRM and phone system talk to each other rather than working as two separate tools. Depending on the CRM, your team may be able to click to dial straight from a customer record, open the matching record automatically when someone calls, sync contacts between both systems, add call times and durations to customer records, and access voicemail and recording information.

A VoIP CRM integration like this tends to save the most time for teams making a high number of outbound calls, where dialling manually adds up across a working day.

Supported connections include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Vtiger, Capsule, Intercom and Vincere.

The available features differ between systems. We’ll check your current CRM and explain what is supported before recommending a setup.

ChromeX can work alongside Microsoft 365 so your team can call, find contacts and sign in without moving between separate systems.

People who spend much of their day in Microsoft 365 and Teams can use it to make and receive external business calls, while remaining part of the same ChromeX phone system as colleagues using desk phones or ChromeX applications.

Depending on the setup, Teams users can also use ChromeX call routing, queues, recording and CRM connections.

ChromeX can connect with supported Microsoft 365 and Google contact directories. That makes it easier for people to access business contacts through their chosen ChromeX device or application, and helps them recognise customers when a call arrives without maintaining several separate address books.

Single sign-on lets people use their existing Microsoft or Google account details when accessing ChromeX. This reduces the number of passwords they need to remember and applies your agreed account controls, including multi-factor authentication, alongside your wider cyber security arrangements.

Understand what happens when customers call

Call data is most useful when it helps someone make a decision.

ChromeX call analytics can show how many calls are being answered, which are being missed, how long customers are waiting and which teams are handling the most calls. Reports can be viewed when needed or sent at agreed times, and can be downloaded in CSV or PDF format.

Live wallboards put the same information on a manager’s screen or shared office display, so supervisors can see which people are available and which queues need attention, with alerts set against agreed targets.

This is covered in full on our call tracking and reporting page. What belongs here is how that reporting connects with the rest of your setup: the same call data that feeds a wallboard can also update a CRM record or trigger a Slack notification, which is where integration and analytics meet.

Connect ChromeX with other business tools

ChromeX can pass call information to the other systems your business already relies on.

Storage for call recordings

ChromeX includes a 90-day rolling archive for supported call recording. Where recordings need to be kept for longer, ChromeX can connect with Microsoft Azure, Amazon S3, Google Drive and Dropbox.

Your business remains responsible for deciding what should be recorded, who can access it and how long it should be kept.

Wider business reporting

ChromeX can send selected call information to Microsoft Power BI and Google BigQuery, so you can view call activity alongside information from other departments or systems. The setup depends on the reporting platform and the information your business needs.

Slack notifications

Supported Slack connections can place selected call notifications in agreed channels, including incoming calls, missed calls, call durations and recording availability.

Browser calling

ChromeX browser tools can turn telephone numbers on supported web pages into clickable links, so a click to call starts the conversation without anyone copying a number into another application.

Further connections

ChromeX includes an open application programming interface, known as an API, and webhook tools. These can support further connections with other web-based systems where a standard option is not available. We’ll first check whether an existing connection already meets the requirement before discussing additional work.
