Six wins, and the work behind them

Chrome has won six industry awards since 2019, been highly commended twice and reached the finals fifteen times.

Most of them are about how the company treats its people and its customers rather than the technology itself, which is the part we would rather be judged on.

What the awards are actually about

Four of the six wins are people awards: workplace, culture, support team and best places to work.

That is not an accident. The thing customers mention most in reviews is the person who answered, so the way Chrome hires and looks after its team is the part that shows up in the service.

The other two are reseller awards from 2019 and 2023, recognising how the business grew and how it was rated by the industry it works in.

An award is a snapshot. The reviews on this site are the running total, and they are the more useful measure if you are deciding whether to work with us.
