One team for the IT & Telecoms behind your working day
Chrome telecom supports UK businesses across phones, mobiles, connectivity, IT, cloud, cyber security, AI and premises security.
Most businesses do not need all of it. Many start with one problem, then bring another service across once they know how we work.

Start where it hurts
You do not need to move everything at once. Pick the service causing the most trouble and we’ll work from there.
One place to ask
When a problem crosses two services, you will not be passed between suppliers to find out whose it is.
Clear responsibilities
You’ll know what Chrome looks after, what stays with your team and where another provider remains involved.
Room to change later
Sites open, staff join and systems get replaced. The setup should be able to follow.
Explore our services
Covering the technology most UK businesses rely on every day.
Each one has its own pages explaining what is covered and where Chrome can help.
Voice & Telephony
Business phone systems, mobiles, call handling, reporting and the tools around them.
ChromeX brings desk phones, computers, mobiles and Microsoft Teams together through one setup.
Connectivity
Business broadband, full fibre, leased lines, 5G and satellite access, chosen around the work taking place at each address.
We can also help review older analogue lines before the PSTN switch-off.
IT Services
Managed and co-managed IT, 24/7 monitoring, remote working and IT consultancy.
Plus the specific services around devices, patching, passwords, signatures and hardware.
Cyber Security
Email security, Cyber Essentials, awareness training, managed DMARC and dark web monitoring.
Network security and penetration testing are available where a closer look is needed.
Cloud Services
Microsoft 365, 365 Backup, cloud strategy and migration, virtual desktop and endpoint backup.
Planned around how your team already works rather than moved for the sake of it.
AI for Business
AI readiness and governance, Microsoft Copilot, voice and chat assistants, transcription and process support.
We check the data and permissions behind the tool before anyone starts relying on it.
Prefer to start with your industry?
Some businesses would rather see how this works in their own sector than pick a service from a list.
Our industry pages cover fifteen sectors, from dental practices and care homes to logistics, retail and construction. Each one starts from the working day rather than the technology.

The clearest measure is how it feels to be a customer
The clearest proof comes from customers who spend less time managing technology problems and chasing suppliers.

Questions we are often asked about working with Chrome
The questions businesses usually ask before deciding how much to bring under one roof.
Do we have to take every service?
No. Most businesses start with one area, such as a phone system, connectivity or managed IT. We’ll explain which services are relevant to your business and which are not worth changing yet.
Can Chrome work alongside our existing suppliers?
Yes. Chrome can take responsibility for agreed areas while your internal team or another provider manages the rest. Those responsibilities are documented before work begins.
Where should we start?
Usually with whatever is causing the most disruption. A review of your current setup will show which services are worth changing first and which can wait.
Can you support several locations?
Yes. We can support agreed services across offices, stores, practices, sites and other business locations. The setup will depend on the people, services and connections involved.
Can you help us move from another provider?
Yes. We’ll review the current setup, plan the change and work with existing suppliers where needed. Any services and telephone numbers involved will be checked before the move is agreed.
What is a Chrome Audit?
A review of your current technology and suppliers, with a clear written recommendation at the end. There is no charge, and no obligation to change something that is already doing its job.

Not sure which service you need?
You may know exactly which service you are looking for. You may only know that something is not working.
Either is a fine place to start. We can review what you have now and explain the options in plain English.
You’ll receive a practical recommendation based on your people, locations and working day.
