What do you need help with?

I’m looking for a new service

Speak to us about business phone systems, mobiles, connectivity, managed IT, cloud services, cyber security, CCTV, access control or workplace technology.

We’ll ask a few questions about how your business works, then talk through the most useful next step.

I’m an existing customer and need support

Tell us what is not working, which service is affected and the best person for us to contact.

We’ll review the issue and explain what happens next. For some services, your agreed support route or customer portal may be the best place to start.

I need billing or account help

Use the customer portal where available, or contact the team if something does not look right.

Please include your business name, account details if you have them and the invoice or service you need help with.

I need urgent help

Some issues need quicker attention, especially when they affect services the business depends on.

Our emergency support page explains what to do, what information to send and which services may have out-of-hours arrangements under your agreement.

// what happens next

What happens after you contact us

However you reach us, the route is the same.

1

We review your message

We’ll check what you need and send it to the right team.
2

We ask for the right details

For support, we may need account, site, user, device or service information. For sales, we may ask how your business works and what you want to improve.
3

We explain the next step

That may be a call, quote, support ticket, remote check, engineer visit or a review of your current setup.
4

We keep the route clear

Where another provider is involved, we’ll explain what Chrome can do and what needs to happen elsewhere.

Support for your wider setup

Business technology rarely sits in neat boxes.

A call issue may involve your phone system, internet connection, handset, mobile app or user settings. A Microsoft 365 issue may involve a licence, device, password, permissions or security settings. A CCTV or access control issue may involve a camera, door controller, network switch or internet connection.

Chrome supports phones, mobiles, connectivity, managed IT, cyber security, cloud services, CCTV and access control. That gives you one team to start with when something needs checking.

We’ll explain what Chrome manages and where another provider needs to be involved.

Kallum came today to install and set up our new phone system. He was excellent, talked through everything in laymans terms (which was needed) and went out of his way to leave us with a system that works for us.
We have been with Chrome for 3 years and have always found the service very good with desperate tech calls answered quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them

Kriss Morrison Cooper

Mark and Callum installed out new phone and cctv systems at Hilltop Garage Services in Horndean, they were really professional and left our premisies clean and tidy. Excellent job – thank you…
