The team at Chrome Telecom are always very efficient and helpful. The transition to a new phone system for the small garage business was well scheduled, organised and delivered in a timely way. The installation engineer was very thorough with the exchange process and setting up the new desk and mobile phones. He demonstrated the key features of the equipment and left helpful notes for setting up dialling shortcuts and making and retrieving calls and messages.
Jake in customer service subsequently helped resolve a couple of teething issues. We are now up and running and already have had people complimenting the clarity of the new lines.
