Know a business Chrome could help?
You might know a business that needs a better phone system, clearer IT support, stronger cyber security, a connection that stays up or fewer technology suppliers to manage. They may not know exactly what they need yet. They may simply know that something is slowing the team down.

Why refer a business to Chrome?
Chrome helps UK businesses manage phones, mobiles, connectivity, managed IT, cloud services, cyber security, CCTV and access control through one team. That means your referral can speak to people who understand how business technology fits together.
They do not need to arrive with a shopping list. We’ll ask sensible questions, explain the options in plain English and help them decide the next practical step.
That may be a quote, a review of their current setup or a simple conversation about what is possible.
Refer them to Chrome, with their permission, and we’ll talk through what is happening, what they want to improve and whether we can help.
If the referral qualifies and the business becomes a customer, you may be eligible for up to six months free network billing, subject to our referral terms.

Open whichever applies.
Who can you refer?
You can refer a UK business that may benefit from Chrome’s services. That could include a business that needs a new phone system, better IT support, business mobiles, a connection that stays up, Microsoft 365 or cloud support, cyber security services, CCTV or access control, or help managing several technology suppliers.
The business might be growing, moving office, replacing older systems or looking for support from a team that can explain things clearly.
Referral eligibility depends on our referral terms, so please check the terms before assuming a reward applies.
Please get permission first
Before you send us another business’s details, please make sure they are happy for Chrome to contact them. That keeps the referral clear from the start.
The referred business should know that you are sharing their contact details with Chrome, that we may contact them about their business technology needs and that they are not under any obligation to buy from us.
Please do not send personal details unless you have permission to do so. We’ll use the information you provide to contact the referred business about the referral and handle it in line with our privacy policy.
What information do we need?
To make the referral useful, please include your name, your business name, your phone number and email address, the referred business name, the referred contact’s name, their email address or phone number, what they may need help with, and confirmation that they have agreed to be contacted.
Please do not include passwords, account details or sensitive information in the form. A short summary is enough. We can ask the right follow-up questions when we speak to them.
About the referral reward
Our current referral offer is up to six months free network billing when a referred business signs up. The exact reward, eligibility and timing depend on the referral terms.
For example, the reward may depend on the service taken, the referred business becoming a customer, the contract being accepted and any qualifying period set out in the terms.
We’ll confirm the position once the referral has been reviewed. That way, everyone understands how the offer works before any reward is applied.
What happens to the business you refer?
We’ll treat the referred business properly. We’ll explain who referred them, why we are getting in touch and what Chrome may be able to help with.
They can ask questions, request more information or say they do not want to continue. They can also ask how their information is being used.
A referral should feel helpful, not awkward. That is why permission matters from the start.

Why customers refer Chrome
Customers often refer Chrome when another business is dealing with a problem we can help with. That might be phones that are hard to manage, IT support that feels slow, internet that keeps causing issues, cyber security questions from a customer, or a site that needs CCTV or access control.
Because Chrome supports several services through one team, we can look at the wider setup rather than only one product. That can be useful when one issue touches phones, internet, devices, Microsoft 365, security or support.
A referral is built on trust, so the experience has to feel right for both businesses.
Referral FAQs
The questions we are asked most often about referring a business.
Can anyone refer a business?
Referral eligibility depends on our referral terms. Please check the terms or speak to Chrome before assuming a reward applies.
Do I need permission before referring someone?
Yes. Please only refer a business if they have agreed for Chrome to contact them.
What reward can I receive?
The current offer is up to six months free network billing for qualifying referrals. The exact reward depends on the referral terms and whether the referred business becomes a customer.
What if the business is already speaking to Chrome?
The referral may not qualify if the business is already in conversation with us, already a customer or already known to Chrome. We’ll check this when we review the referral.
Will the referred business be pressured to buy?
No. We’ll contact them, explain why we are getting in touch and talk through whether Chrome can help. They can choose whether to continue the conversation.
Can you help with international roaming?
Yes. Tell us where your team is travelling and we’ll explain the available options, charges and fair-use conditions.
